How to play Chinese Chess

  1. You play Red. Tap a piece, then a highlighted square to move.
  2. Generals and advisors stay in the palace; elephants cannot cross the river.
  3. Cannons move like chariots but capture by jumping exactly one piece.
  4. Checkmate the enemy general — facing generals on an open file is illegal.
